Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Please note that under EU law online customers are to be granted the right of unconditional revocation during a term of 14 days after reception of the goods. Customers have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and with no justification.
     

  • All of our items except for the customized or personalized items can be refunded in case of damages, losses, defects, broken or corrupted goods caused by us. However, any damages caused by the misuse of items are not covered by a refund.
     

  • Custom and personalized items can not be refunded due to the fact that they are specially made for our customers.
     

  • Buyers are responsible for the shipment of return items. It is required for buyers to pay for return shipping cost in any case
     

  • Cancellation of "made to order" items can be accepted only within 24 hours after placing the order. Since your item is already completed, If you exceed this time frame and still need to cancel your order, then a fee of 10 USD will be deducted from the full refund amount.
     

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
     

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable even for the free shipping items. Only the cost of goods can be refunded. We deduct the shipping cost out of free shipping price of the item and make the refund.
     

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
     

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
     

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
     

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
