All our products are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Orders are shipped via Express Shipping service.

Free Shipping Offer: We offer free worldwide shipping on orders of USD 200 or more. Some territories in Australia (Tom Price, Tasmania, Northern Territory) are not eligible for free shipping. Standard shipping rates vary by region and order quantity.

Delivery Address Requirements: Express shipping companies do not deliver to PO Box, FPO, DPO, or APO addresses. Please provide a physical or residential shipping address for your order. For PO Box addresses, we can ship via national postal service, with an average delivery time of 15-25 days.

Order Tracking: All shipments are registered and include tracking numbers, which become active within 24 hours of shipping.

Customer Responsibilities: Customers must provide correct and complete delivery addresses. Original Club is not responsible for incorrect addresses or undeliverable orders due to absent recipients. No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries due to customer error.

Damage and Loss: While we take all necessary precautions in packing, Original Club is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive damaged items, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-4 business days, excluding weekends and local holidays. Same-day shipping is available for in-stock and clearance items.

Customs and Taxes: Original Club is not responsible for customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs and taxes) are the customer's responsibility. Our prices exclude all taxes and duties.

EU VAT Policy: For EU residents, VAT is charged at checkout on orders of 150 EUROS or less, as required by EU tax authorities. No additional taxes will be due upon delivery.

Remote Area Surcharge: Some addresses in Australia, Europe, and the UK may be classified as "remote areas" (determined by postcode or suburb/town name). Express shipping to these locations incurs a USD 25 remote area surcharge, payable before order processing. Alternative regular postal service is available to these addresses at no additional cost.
